Galaxis Online is a completely free game to play. Although many people have given their time and skills to this project since its inception. Galaxis will always remain free to play but it's not something that is free to run or develop.

Galaxis Online relies on your donations both to support the developers working on this increasingly complex project, and to cover hardware and hosting costs. Galaxis wasn't built to make money but rather for pure fun for those who play it, including the developers. In a way you can consider Galaxis a non-profit organization as all donations are used in support of the game.

Do I get anything for donating?

We would like to give whatever we can to those who donate. We refuse to give any kind of reward that gives the donor an unfair advantage in the game. For that reason we have other unique rewards we offer to those who want to help including in-game/forum recognition, removal of ads, "Back-Stage" access, etc.

Does my small donation really help?

Every little bit helps, even if a few dollars is all you can afford. If you can afford a bit more then that's great, but we aren't asking for your life savings or anything!

Ok, so how can I help/donate?

(one time donation)
The easiest way to donate if through PayPal. Galaxis Online can accept donation from all major credit cards, direct bank transactions, and other forms offered by PayPal. Getting a paypal account is easy and free to do. You don't have to have a credit card to use PayPal. You can donate any specific amount your want:

	Other Amount (one time donation) Donate an amount other then the suggested donations above. You can donation as much or as little as you want. Recognition is still given for hitting the benchmark donations above.

(membership donations)
If you would like to go the extra mile to help you can signup for a recurring payment of $5, $10, or $20 per month. The advantage of this gives Galaxis Online a more stable and dependable income which makes it easier to make long term commitments and advancements.
